Solstice Energy: Launceston and Hobart office signage
Taking the key identity assets created by Principals Brand agency, I set out to ensure these elements were integrated into the structural fabric of the buildings by leveraging the underlying building features. This ensured that the integration of the brand assets had a strong architectural aesthetic, rather than appearing as signage tacked on at surface level.
I utilised the primary brand colours of dusk and midnight purple and punctuated that with the use of secondary colours such as the punches of red under the eaves and in the choice of secondary graphic elements.
As design lead and project manager for the implementation of the new Solstice brand, I briefed and worked closely with the signage fabricators, Flying Colours. This signage project was a finalist in the category of large format signage in the 10th Annual Dieman Awards.
My role: signage concept development, design and production
